Role: Front of House Team Member

Hours: 15-25hrs a week, permanent, part-time

As a Front of House Team Member in our cafe at Woolfox, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of service, making and serving coffee and drinks to the highest standard and ensuring excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

– can either make coffee to a high standard, or at least has a basic understanding and is a quick and keen learner

– has lots of initiative

– is super reliable

– can tackle a busy and high-pressure service in a professional manner

– has loads of character and personality to add to the team and will be crucial in forming relationships and bonds with customers

Flexibility to work both weekends and weekdays is required, though this can be on a part-time basis and set days can be negotiated where applicable.
