Join us for an exciting collaboration between Rob Bridgewater; a Productivity & Performance coach, Luna & Leaf CBD, Claryn Nicholas and Woolfox.
This fun packed day will include a combination of theory and practical sessions focusing on all things health and wellness, tried and tested by Rob.
Stamford based CBD company Luna & Leaf will be sharing their expertise on self care and Claryn Nicholas will be holding a deep and grounding breath work session.
Rob is a big believer in optimising your time and energy in areas that matter the most to you. Sharing his knowledge on exercise, nutrition, recovery and self care, and guiding you through the importance of finding that balance and discovering what knows best for you.

8:45 – Welcome coffee from Fika
9:00 – Introduction to the day – Get to know a little about Robs journey to finding balance and what lead him to becoming a productivity and performance coach, and more recently writing his own book.
9:15 – Exercise theory – learning the basics and finding ways to keep fit and stay active in your day to day life.
10:15 – Workout with Rob and Woolfox Gym Manager Ed
11:30 – Nutrition theory – Understanding what your body wants and needs.
12:30 – Lunch by Fika.
13:15 – Rest & recovery theory
14:00 – Breath work with Claryn – Ground yourself in a 40 minute breath work session and learn techniques to relieve stress that you can practise at home.
14:45 – Self care with Luna & Leaf. Founder Ed Haynes love for connecting with and working with nature, lead him to creating his organic CBD company in 2019 running this alongside his successful family run horticultural business. Learn about the science behind taking CBD and join an open conversation on what self care means to you.
15:15 – Q&A – Delve deeper into what you’ve learnt throughout the day and have the opportunity to ask Rob any questions you may have.
